We strongly recommend a consultation prior to undertaking any treatments, to assess all factors before determining if you are a suitable candidate to proceed with treatments and to ensure you acknowledge the aftercare required.

Not all treatments are created equal, some require more downtime than others.

Whether you’re a returning client or new to our clinic, we have created pre and post care information which is available for you to read below.

We encourage you to take the time to read these thoroughly, so you know what to expect.

Brow Lamination

Avoid getting the brows wet, excess heat, swimming, sauna's and working out for upto 48 hours. These activities can cause brow hair to frizz, curl or change the shape of laminated brow hairs. The tidier they are, the longer you'll keep their results.

Avoid applying cream, oils or makeup to the eyebrow area. Oil based makeup and makeup removers can cause the tint/dye to fade quickly.

Aviod any trimming or tweezing your brows. Leave this to your brow stylist. Brush your brows upwards daily.

Keratin Lash Lift

Avoid getting your lashes wet or excess heat, even working out for upto 48 hours to prevent the curl from relaxing prematurely or tint fading quickly.

Do not apply makeup to your lashes for at least 24 hours after your treatment.

Once you notice your lashes starting to grow out and they become slightly untidy looking then it is time to rebook your next lash lifting appointment. Maintenance is every 6-8 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle and the type of lifted curl you have.

Eyelash Extensions

Avoid direct heat, steam and keep as dry as possible, particularly for the first few hours to avoid poor lash retention.

Do not use eyelash curlers, rub the eyes or pull extensions. This will damage not only the eyelash extensions but the natural lashes too.

Avoid mascara, oil based makeup, cleansers and skincare products near the eye area. Brush through and wash your lashes daily using the recommended foaming lash cleanser.

Eyebrow Tattoo

Remember the new tattoo needs to be treated like an open wound, which means keeping the area clean and to avoid touching, picking or peeling.

NO WET, NO SWEAT FOR 10 DAYS.

Avoid excess heat, swimming, saunas, working out for 10 days as these activities can cause patchiness or fading. Makeup, moisturiser and cleanser can be used but just avoid the newly tattooed area. Absolutely no use of any ointments, antibiotic creams or gels or vitamin creams over the brow area - this will draw out the pigment.

Lip Blush

Remember the new tattoo needs to be treated like an open wound, which means keeping the area CLEAN. Avoid kissing, touching the mouth or makeup on the lips while they are healing.

As with brows, above avoid excess heat, swimming, saunas, working out for 10 days as these activities can cause patchiness or fading. Makeup, moisturiser and cleanser can be used but just avoid the newly tattooed area. Please do not be worried if you lose colour because you can lose upto 50% the first time. Tweaks and changes will be made at your perfecting session in 6 weeks.

Lash Line Enhancement

Expect the eye to be slightly tender or some swelling for the first few days. The new tattoo needs to be treated like an open wound so keep the area clean and avoid touching or rubbing. Avoid excess heat, swimming, saunas, working out for 10 days as these activities can cause patchiness or fading. Makeup, moisturiser and cleanser can be used but just avoid the newly tattooed area.
