Following your treatment, we recommend you consider a refresher treatment approximately 6 - 8 weeks later to ensure you maintain your pearly whites.

How much whiter will my teeth actually be?
Our treatments deliver exceptional results, with an average lift of 6 shade whiter and brighter. Although individual results do vary and will depend on how discoloured the teeth were initially, genetic factors, lifestyle factors and the duration of treatment time.

How long will the whitening last?
The results really do vary from person to person and depend on your diet, lifestyle factors and how well you look after your teeth post treatment. The whitening effects should usually last on average 6 months to a year. Results will last longer if you refrain from staining foods and drinks such as coffee, tea, soft drink, red wine and smoking.
We highly recommends your first follow up treatment to be no later than 6 weeks after we first treat you, and then a refresher once every 3-12 months.
- Does the treatment cause any sensitivity?
It is best to let us know if you usually experience any sensitivity with your teeth so we can tailor your treatment to suit by decreasing the whitening application time, amount or percentage. We want to ensure you achieve the best possible results, with the least amount of sensitivity. A minor tingling sensation may be experienced in those who have sensitive teeth, however this quickly subsides after whitening. -
What if I have crowns, veneers, or fillings?
Unfortunately, whitening products will not whiten the original shade of existing crowns, veneers, or fillings however it can remove any existing stains on these restorations. Whitening can be used on the lower teeth to match the shade of veneered upper teeth or vice versa.

Is the treatment suitable for everyone?
This treatment delivers exceptional results to people whose teeth have been stained by smoking or by coffee, tea, or soft drinks. However we do not accept bookings from those who may be pregnant or breastfeeding, young children under the age of 16, and customers with periodontal disease are discouraged from undergoing this procedure.

What to avoid after teeth whitening?
Aftercare is paramount to maintain your new white smile! We will provide you the best after-care information after your appointment. For those with heavily stained teeth, we may recommend a perfecting refresher session after your initial whiten.The results will last longer if you avoid (acidic, dark or strongly coloured) foods and drinks that will re-stain your teeth.
