FAQs
Q: What is a clinical peel, and how is it different to a regular facial?
A: Clinical Peels use active ingredients like AHA'S, BHA'S, or Enzymes to deeply exfoliate the skin and encourage cell turnover. Unlike a traditional facial, they work at a deeper level to improve concerns like pigmentation, acne, fine lines, and uneven texture.
Q: Will my skin actually peel?
A: Not alway. Some peels cause visible flaking while others work on a cellular level without obvious shedding. Your therapist will choose a peel strength that suits your skin and goals.
Q: Does the treatment hurt?
A: You may feel a warm, tingling, or slightly prickly sensation during the peel. It's usually very manageable, and your therapist will monitor your comfort closely throughout.
