CLINIC ETIQUETTE

We strive to create an environment of relaxation, so with this in mind we request that all clients please consider the quiet and privacy needs of other clinic clients by keeping noise to a minimum in common areas and turning off mobile phones. Parents, please note there are no child care arrangements available and we have a firm no children policy in treatment rooms, to ensure we adhere strict Occupational Health and Safety procedures and to respect other patrons having treatments.

BOOKING POLICY

To secure an appointment date and time we require a non-refundable deposit.
Before you commit to booking your appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read the FAQ's and refer to our policies. Booking an appointment with us is acknowledgement of our policies.

CANCELLATIONS

We respect your time, please respect ours. No-shows and cancellations really disadvantage our business, our staff and our clients. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and often appointment times are wasted.

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, we simply ask you to be courteous and give us 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation of appointments cannot be made via SMS or online please phone us directly. Please contact us directly on (08) 9565 9994, if outside of business hours please leave a voicemail. 

If we do not receive 48 hours' notice within business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit to re-book.  Cancellation and No Show Fee is charged at 50% of each service will be charged to the credit card on file.

A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package, or 50% price of service may forfeited if your appointment was to be paid via a credit or gift certificate. 

If no deposit has been made for the booking, a cancellation fee will be payable and charged to the card held on file or this will need to be paid before any further bookings are made. 

No refunds shall be offered if you attend your appointment and cannot have your treatment done, for change of mind or where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

At this time, masks must be worn upon entry and exit of our clinic, but may be removed for treatments when required. You are required to check-in upon and use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry. Under current COVID-19 Government restrictions and Workplace Health & Safety requirements, entry to this clinic is not restricted by vaccination status. Everyone is welcome.

Appointment times have been lengthened to maintain social distancing within the clinic and we will continue to maintain strict cleanliness of the clinic, including disinfecting treatment beds and surfaces between each patient.

If you are unwell or have flu-like symptoms we cannot see you.
Please reschedule if you are awaiting test results, feel unwell or close contact.

If you test positive for covid, or need to isolate within the 48 hours cancellation window we will require proof of a positive test in order to avoid loss of booking deposit.  

  • Proof of housemate or intimate partners positive test
  • Message from WA HEALTH notifying you as a close contact
  • Proof of positive test from 15 minute face to face contact or 2 hrs in a room with the infected person

Unfortunately failure to show any of the above, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit to re-book.

Please understand that cancellations and no shows have a large impact on small businesses, our highest priority is that both our team and clients remain safe and healthy. We are doing our best to cater for everyone as we navigate through the unknown, please respect us at all times.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Your appointment will be confirmed via email and a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please do not wait until you receive this reminder to amend your booking, we ask that you simply call the salon during business hours on (08) 9565 9994 for any changes to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. SMS replies are not accepted.

ARRIVAL

Being on time for your appointment is important. We invite clients to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have ample time to fill out a consultation form or any required information.

Allow ample time for parking; there is plenty of free parking available along Mandurah Terrace, or long term parking near the Post Office.

If you arrive late, it may compromise the full length of your treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule to all of our guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you a $25 late fee or cancel your appointment resulting in your deposit being forfeited.

HEALTH

Your health and well-being are our top priority. For your safety, you will be asked to complete a consultation form that includes questions regarding medical conditions. Our highly trained staff will ensure that your service is suitable. Please ensure you have something to eat and drink before your appointment, keep your body happy and healthy. We do ask that you avoid drinking excessive alcohol and coffee/caffeine prior to your appointment.

TREATMENT POLICY

If you have a condition which may be contraindicated to any of our treatments, our therapists reserve the right to decline continuing with your treatment. If this happens, it will be done in a discreet and professional manner as we always have your health and well-being as our number one priority. We may ask you to see a GP or specialist for a written letter that we may continue to perform your treatments. Please read our FAQ's for more detailed information regarding cosmetic tattoo procedures.

​Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments

    • All clients must be 18 years or older, you may be asked for ID at your appointment.
    • Sorry but we do not tattoo anyone whilst pregnant or nursing, this is due to anaesthetics used.
    • Refrain from waxing, plucking or threading the brow area three days prior to your appointment
    • Botox and fillers should be done one month before or one month after
    • Avoid any blood thinning medications including Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Fish Oil Tablets, and Naproxen for at least 72 hours prior 
    • Consult your doctor regarding any prescribed medication
    • If you were on Accutane (acne medication) in the past, you must be off of it for at least 6 months before being getting a procedure done
    • We do ask that you avoid drinking excessive alcohol and coffee/caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    ​​GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Gift vouchers can be used for services and product, however not for cancellation fees or booking deposits. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please take care as lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded or replaced. All Gift Vouchers have a 36-month expiry period from date of purchase unless otherwise advised and must be redeemed by this expiry date. Expired Gift Vouchers hold no value. Changing, rescheduling or cancelling a treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeit of your gift voucher.

    Join our exclusive VIP Beauty Loop for members only perks. Ask us for details in clinic. Our VIP Club Offers entitles members to exclusive discounts, special offers and free product in store and will be confirmed at the time of your booking whether that be in-store, online bookings or over the telephone.

    As a thank you for your loyalty to our clinic, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program at your first visit; however, you must opt in to our VIP Beauty Loop program for discounts.

    Our loyalty points are like dollars, that start accruing right away with every dollar spent in clinic and online. This includes sale items and gift cards. The points convert to monies which are held in credit on your account.

    We know you’ll be reaping your rewards with us ASAP! But in case you were thinking of saving them for a rainy day, please note that all reward points do expire.
